Includes a whole roasted turkey, one of each side (Pan con tomate, jus, salad with apples, pears, fennel with manchego and sidra vinaigrette, roasted potatoes with salsa brava & aioli, grilled cauliflower with cardamom-sofrito and tamarind chutney, oxtail cannelloni) and a whole Basque Cheesecake.
